Our Story
The joy of cooking for friends and family; coordinating and designing a perfect dining experience has always been my passion. In 2016, I decided to bring this passion into fruition. At Yes Ma’am Cuisines, our goal is to bring “Love” back into Food. Not only have we created a personal dining experience, but we’ve also decided to sell some of our products and merchandise online. We currently service the southeast region; Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Kentucky, Georgia, Florida and the Carolinas. Not in this region? Who is Yes Ma’am Cuisines?

The name (Yes Ma’am Cuisines) was created in 2016 by my anointed (sorority) mother Joi who also served as a mentor and business advisor. Born in NY and raised in TN, YM Cuisines combines my Northern roots with a Southern flare. Last but not least, you’ll also get a taste of our West Indian heritage with the infusion of spices, sauces, and Caribbean dishes. I’ve learned so much from watching my elders and I intend on carrying the torch for my family and legacy.
With over 16 years’ experience, I’ve been afforded the opportunity to cook for many people in many places! The satisfaction of seeing a customer enjoying my food is gratifying. It was only right that I turned this passion into a business! I decided to create a memorable dining experience and motivate others to find their passion in life.
